Women in Industry and Asset Management (WIAM) Committee was formed in 2018 to promote inclusive growth and gender equality, which are high on GSMR’s agenda. A one-of-its-kind initiative in the region, WIAM offers pioneering, innovative women a platform to highlight their achievements and contributions in the growing realm of maintenance, reliability and asset management.

The WIAM Award was introduced to recognize those who demonstrate excellence and leadership in industry and asset management organizations.
