Ahmed AlJelwah is the Chairman of the Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability, and the acting Director of Corporate Maintenance Services Department in Saudi Aramco. Within Saudi Aramco, Ahmed leads the company’s maintenance, reliability, and asset management governance. In addition to having oversight of the overall company’s maintenance and reliability performance, his role spans from establishing and driving Saudi Aramco’s corporate policies in this area, acting as the proponent of asset management systems and technologies, and the proponent of the company’s maintenance services contracts. For over a decade, Ahmed has driven numerous company maintenance transformational projects, such as the award winning Total Plant Reliability Management Program and the President’s Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Award, which have contributed to positioning Aramco as a leading company in this field. Throughout his career, he assumed a number of roles in the maintenance and reliability domain within the company, mostly in Upstream, Industrial Services, and Community Services. On the global front, Ahmed is a Board Member of the Global Forum for Maintenance & Asset Management, where he is either leading or contributing to specific projects and initiatives that are targeted at advancing the maintenance and asset management industry at a global scale. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Management from the University of Edinburgh, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and a Graduate Diploma of Law from BPP University. Ahmed has attended a number of management and leadership programs, including the Harvard Business School Young Leaders Program, the London Business School Strategy and Finance Program, the Wharton Advanced Leadership Simulation Program, and Stanford University’s Leadership Readiness Assessment for Directors Program.

Mahmood Mirza is a management with 35 years of experience in Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries and had held positions in maintenance and engineering in the oil & gas sector. In addition to engineering and maintenance experience, Mahmood has played major roles in, Material Rationalization project, Enterprise Computerized Maintenance Management System, Reliability Management System, lead BAPCO Oil Spill Response Team and was a key member of Chevron Joint Ventures Maintenance and Reliability Team. Mahmood is the Vice Chairman of Gulf Society for Maintenance and Reliability (GSMR), a Member of Global Forum for Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) and has served in a number of advisory committees both locally and in the region. He is also the Board Advisor with Oil Spill Response Limited based in the UK.

Maram is a pioneering leader at Saudi Aramco, renowned for her expertise in driving innovation and optimizing services across various sectors. She has broken numerous barriers for women, becoming the first female employee in Aramco’s maintenance management and holding several key positions, including the first female supervisor in maintenance management and acting superintendent in the Industrial Services Admin Area. Maram has been recognized for her achievements with awards such as the 2019 “Celebrating Saudi Women Achievement in Business” and the 2022 “WIAM Women Empowerment Award”. Her leadership extends beyond Aramco, as she was elected the first Aramco female BOD for GSMR 2024-2026. Maram also serves as the Chair of Women in Industry and Asset Management (WIAM), where she supports and inspires young women in their careers. Currently, as Manager of the Community Services Integration Office (CSIO), she continues to enhance the well-being of employees and communities, solidifying her reputation as a respected figure in innovation and leadership.

Nader is a strategic and forward-thinking leader in Maintenance Reliability and Asset Management (MRAM), with over 20 years of experience across the aviation, oil, and gas industries. As CEO of TLD Arabia, he established and grew the company into the leading Ground Support Equipment (GSE) services provider in Saudi Arabia. Nader serves on the boards of GSMR and WPiAM, where he has been instrumental in developing the GSMR Body of Knowledge and leading initiatives that have shaped asset management practices on a global scale. His expertise has driven transformative projects, including the first ISO 55000 certification at Aramco, setting new benchmarks for the industry locally, regionally, and globally.

Working at BAPCO Refining as Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent allowed him to work in multicultural environments which enriched his professional experience. Mahmood has more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field and enjoys creating environments that turn problems into opportunities utilizing his leadership, technical and project management skills and capabilities that allow organizations to reach their highest productivity and performance levels. He currently serves as Board of Directors of GSMR and leads the Members & Events Committee.

Bader A. Aljazzaf holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and has over 25 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management. He has significantly improved operational efficiency and safety standards at KNPC and KIPIC by reducing asset failures, unplanned shutdowns, and HSE incidents. He led the Reliability Team at KIPIC, establishing foundational practices that support ongoing improvements in asset performance. Currently, as Manager of HSE at KIPIC, he focuses on advancing safety protocols, environmental management, and operational efficiency, aligning with KIPIC’s vision and mission. His efforts aim to ensure long-term excellence in health, safety, and environmental stewardship.

Abdullah Al Obaidani has over 25 years of direct experience in Oil and Gas upstream projects design, construction, operation and maintenance. Graduated in 1999 with Bachelor degree in Control Systems Engineering in The University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He has worked in the area of Control & Automation design and specialized in Production Measurement and Allocation. Abdullah has international experience having worked in Kashagan Project in the North Caspian Sea during commissioning and operation. He is A Certified Asset Management Assessor, Accredited Facilitator by MG Rush USA, Certified Practitioner in Lean and Change Management and certified Smart Field Screening Facilitator. Abdullah has held Senior Leading roles in Maintenance, Integrity and Reliability and currently works as Maintenance and Integrity Manager in Petroleum Development Oman. Abdullah enjoys solving complex problems, writing poems and he enjoys coaching and mentoring young professional for career and capability growth.
