During the opening of the OMAINTEC25 conference, signing of memorandum of understanding between Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability and Arab Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Council

The opening ceremony of the 22nd International Asset, Facility & Maintenance Management Conference (OMAINTEC25), which is being held at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah from January 26 to 28, 2025, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability (GSMR) and the Arab Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Council.
The memorandum was signed on behalf of the Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability by Eng. Ahmed Al-Jelwah, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in a move aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two organizations to exchange expertise and knowledge and develop practices in the fields of asset and facility management and maintenance. This signing comes within a series of agreements and partnerships that GSMR seeks to conclude with various bodies and organizations, with the aim of supporting the maintenance and reliability sectors and asset management to provide an ideal platform for exchanging ideas and experiences between specialists and experts from around the world.
The conference activities were launched under the generous patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, with the participation of an elite group of international specialists and experts. The conference represents an important opportunity to drive the wheel of development and sustainability in a vital sector such as the reliable maintenance and asset management sector at regional and international levels.
