Advanced Maintenance Management

Overview

The workshop provides essential knowledge required for embarking on a program to enhance maintenance performance through early identification of potential failures to eliminate and minimize equipment breakdowns. The workshop will discuss the various technologies available in the market to help with the efforts of early detection of failures, and how to integrate their applications with the activities required for achieving excellence through the implementation of Best-in-Class Maintenance Work Process. Work control, planning, and scheduling will be covered.

Better utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will also be covered in this workshop. A pre and post seminar self-assessment will be given to indicate delegate’s competency improvement.
